IndMojo believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within same day of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

Cancellation requests for services provided by IndMojo are not accepted. However, if there is any pending work yet to be completed for a service, excluding web development and SEO services, we are open to issuing a refund or providing a replacement for the corresponding amount. Please note that this policy is applicable only to the outstanding portion of the job. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to our customer support team.

In case of receipt of unsatisfactory results please report the same to our support team here. The request will, however, be entertained once the we have checked and determined the same at our own end. This should be reported within same day of delivery of the services.

In case you feel that the services delivered is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our support within same day of delivery of the services. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

Our team will thoroughly investigate the matter, and if any problems are identified, we are committed to providing you with the same service once again at no extra charge. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to address any issues promptly.

In case of any Refunds approved by the IndMojo, it’ll take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
